I started in real estate in 1997 working for a small company in Queens, NY, I was working for 3 years as a salesperson and at the time I sold few properties and specialized in finding run-down properties for investors. In 2001 I started a new company with a partner, we purchased 1-4 family in New Jersey, renovate and sold and sold back on the market, the company devolved in 2005. I since continued on my own, I started Benyamin Construction & Remodeling Llc. which I still own. I buy and sell investment properties and I'm a real estate broker in NYS. My business co-broke with other realtors so I'm well connected to assist buyers and sellers in many locations all through New York State.

Last weekend was a beautiful sunny day and I had the urge to visit the beach, the closest and most familiar beach next to Manhattan is Brighton Beach. So I placed my dog in the car and together  we were hading to Brighton Beach, I was in Brighton Beach a few times in the past, usually for real estate matters, I like the small houses before you get to the boardwalk and the sense of community, it has a feeling of relaxing and enjoying the moment, at least that's how I felt as I headed toward the Boardwalk.
