I started in real estate in 1997 working for a small company in Queens, NY,
I was working for 3 years as a salesperson and at the time I sold few
properties and specialized in finding run-down properties for investors. In
2001 I started a new company with a partner, we purchased 1-4 family in New
Jersey, renovate and sold and sold back on the market, the company devolved
in 2005. I since continued on my own, I started Benyamin Construction &
Remodeling Llc. which I still own. I buy and sell investment properties and
I'm a real estate broker in NYS. My business co-broke with other realtors so
I'm well connected to assist buyers and sellers in many locations all
through New York State.
Where is Hell’s Kitchen? Hell’s Kitchen New York is a Manhattan Midtown West neighborhood aka Clinton that in recent years became a trendy hub for restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. In the past, Hell’s Kitchen was mostly occupied by mom-and-pop stores that started to close down after many years of operation. The neighborhood as a whole went through a serious face-lift, few high rises were built, The Biltmore on 8th Ave & 47th St. Platinum Condo NYC on 8th Ave& West 46th St. and Hotel Riu Plaza Hotel.
